BASE
Pricing starts at 3000 for paid shoots. This is the base fee for a 3-hour photoshoot.
This includes all unedited photos. 10-20 viable, color-graded and lightly edited photos. Turnaround time 3-4 weeks. Bigger groups will take longer.
Base fee and all services is good for 1-2 people only. Other services do not apply for more than 3+ simultaneous clients.
2 Simultaneous clients will only be accepted if characters are from the same series.
For group shoots
A shooting director is required. I will hire my own shooting director to help guide, manage, and assist the cosplayers. This will also ensure I will be dedicated to photography and time will not be wasted as much as possible. We will not be liable if there are not enough photos produced because of a lack of time. It takes a lot of time to plan and execute group shoots. It is up to the client to manage their own time. An additional 500 per person will be charged beyond 2 clients.
RESERVATION
To reserve a date, you will need a 50% downpayment. Acceptance of the photoshoot is still at our discretion.
100% payment + transportation fee is required for the shoot to start.
TRANSPORTATION
Transportation fee starts at 1000. If location is Quezon City, the transportation fee is 1500. For other locations, to be discussed. If you can provide transportation, please discuss as well.
I am from Santa Rosa, Laguna. Transportation fee is for gas and toll fees.
DISTRICT 1 MAKATI PERKS
Transportation fee is reduced to 500 pesos. There is a free studio extension period of up to 2 hours. This however is separate from my time extension payment below.
TIME EXTENSION
Photoshoots after the initial 3-hour period is 500/hr.
ADDITIONAL EDITED IMAGES
Additional color-graded and lightly edited photos above the 20 photos is 500/10 photos.
EDITING
For special requests, liquefy and deletion of certain distracting objects, I charge 500 for 10 photos. Example of included objects are:
- wig fray
- distracting objects in the image (random items left behind, unnecessary things, hands in background after wig/costume throw)
- small cosplay malfunctions such as holes, tears, extra thread frays
- image expansion beyond the original photo

HEAVY EDITING
For heavy liquefy of the face, body, makeup enhancement and redrawing of wig, price starts at 500/photo.
LAYOUT
For layout services, simple layouts (single photo, typography and basic graphics less than 5 objects) starts at 500/photo. For more complicated layouts (multiple photos, typography, and graphics more than 5 objects) starts at 1000/photo.

RUSH FEE
If you need your photos edited within 2 weeks, the rush fee is 1000 pesos/10 photos.
MOODBOARD
If you wish for me to direct/help with your desired concept/poses/mood, I can create a moodboard for your photoshoot starting at 500 pesos.
DELIVER & TURNAROUND
All unedited photos are given after full payment of the base fee and transportation fee. Edited files will only be given after full payment.
REFUNDS
Payment will be partially refunded (50%) if we are unable to deliver photos within the turnaround time. Payment will be fully refunded (100%) (transportation fee not included) if we are unable to deliver photos within 2 months after the photoshoot.
If there is an issue with us not being able to arrive at the photoshoot location, we will also refund all payment given for that photoshoot.
If you are unable to provide full payment during the photoshoot date, the deposit and transportation fee will not be refunded and photos will not be released nor given.
DISCLAIMER
Shooting time starts once models are ready and the first shot is taken. If there are any issues mid-shoot that we are not at fault, will be included in the shooting period. If the issue causes us to shoot less than the expected shoots, we will not be held liable for producing less than the expected amount. We will shoot and edit in our own style. The client may suggest or request styles but we will have the final say in the edited output.
Group shoots may reduce the overall quality of the output.
We may request for your photoshoot to be highlighted on our page. It is still up to you to accept or not.
Location is a large contributor to difference of quality. Please set your expectations if the shoot location is not favorable for ideal light setups.
I will try to help with the pose and expression, but at the end of the day please set your expectations. There is limited time and we can only do so much if you do not practice and research on your own.
Editing and layout services are only for the shots I've taken. It cannot be availed as standalone for other images taken by other photographers.
Please always communicate your expectations. There will always be a difference in quality between other sets and it entirely depends on proper communication and planning.
Regarding on shooting simultaneously with other photographers: I do not have a problem with it but it is not my preference. It will severely limit my freedom to do my lighting setup and when shooting - I need to also give way. It is not recommended.
COMMERCIAL RIGHTS
You may sell, modify and reproduce the provided output without explicit permission from us.
EDITING RIGHTS
Feel free to edit the photos on your own.
